My dear Miss Herries

I know but of one work that meets your enquiry & that is Elements of Chemical Analysis by Parnell 1 it is just out & I have scarcely had time to look into it2. Thomson3 had a thick volume or [sic] Organic Chemistry in 18384 but there is nothing of analysis in it[.]

With sincere respects to all I am

My dear Miss Herries | Your faithful Servant | M. Faraday
