My dear Brunell
Let me have the pleasure of introducing to you my brother in law Mr George Buchanan of Edinburgh - a Civil Engineer. He is anxious to see some of the works on the Great Western Railway and if you can give him any facilities I am sure you will for my sake & because he deserves them for his own sake[.] It is so long since I saw you that to my mind it sometimes appears as if I knew you only by theory & not by fact - however I will not admit that to be the case yet[.]
Ever Very Truly Yours | M. Faraday
