C'est un Savant dont les travaux ont éte tres utiles pour les progrès de l'industrie de ce pays, particulierement à la fabrication du sucre indigene. Je saisis avec empressement cette occasion pour Vous renouveller, Monsieur, l'hommage de ma constante admiration et de mon respectueux attachement.
