My dear Sir
I regret that I could not return to Oxford2 - but the state of my head forbad it. I send the Cimento. Matteucci does not there seem to touch on Specific Inductive Capacity though he deals with other parts of my notions3[.] I have received from Mossotti4 two copies of a paper5 which being Electro mathematical I thought might interest you & therefore take the liberty of offering one to you. Excuse the shortness of my letter but I have to consider my giddiness.
