Mr. Herbert presents his compliments to Professor Faraday, and requests to be favored, for the Boards information, with any Observations he may have to offer upon the Subject of the accompanying Copy of a Paper¹, which has been transmitted to this House by the Principal Keeper of the Coquet Light House².
