My dear Dr Jones

My wife & I have been looking forward to our return home1 & to a hoped for conversation or consultation with you in regard to her health at any convenient opportunity. If I knew how you were circumstanced I would make one[.] May I ask you when you next come to the Institution to tell the Porters to inform me & I will come to you[.]
