His Grace the Duke of Northumberland was so good as to say that he would attend to the note which I wrote to you regarding the Electric Eels. If I could inform the Governor of Demerara¹ what his Graces directions have been it would perhaps render him better able to assist me in this matter. If you can obtain this information for me I shall be still more your much obliged
