Allow me to begin my note, with expressing the pleasure I feel in hoping that it leaves you in good Health & strength.
I reply to your query respecting Mr Monpriut2 I can only say I remember him as an old pupil, but I have not had the pleasure of knowing more of him. Very shortly after your note reached me, I received the enclosed from that gentleman, and which I send you for your perusal.
