William Frederick Pollock to Faraday   7 August 1854

59 Montague Square | 7th August 1854

My dear Faraday

I enclose a note which I have been requested to forward to you, by my friend F. Haywood1 of Liverpool. He is one of the leading people in the place, and a most accomplished person. His house is a little out of Liverpool, and both my wife & myself have passed many very agreeable days there on various occasions - so that I really hope you may go there, if you are able to attend the coming meeting of the British Association.

With Mrs Pollock’s regards to Mrs Faraday (in which I beg to join) and to yourself

Believe me | Yours very truly | W.F. Pollock
