I feel myself honored by your application to me on the part of the Lords of the Committee of Privy Council for Trade1 in like manner as I feel honored by the Spirit of my occupation & engagement with the Trinity House. I am quite willing to accept the same duty for My Lords as that I perform at the Trinity House under the same circumstances and conditions[.]
