All right - the regular way is the only way - for the Committee will have their voice in the matter, & it is a good thing that they are all ready to aid & judge - but it makes the result very uncertain until they have given their voice. However it is not my business to say this or to anticipate any of their determination - as indeed I have written you on former occasions[.]
