I enclose a letter I have received from Dr. Fleming1, our professor of Moral Philosophy, in answer to petitions regarding the correspondence between Leibnitz2 and Dr. Samuel Clarke3.

Mr. Crum’s address in Aberdeen is

Margaret Jane Gray, née Brown (d.1883, age 67, SRO). Widow of David Gray (d.1856, age 45, B1), Professor of Natural Philosophy, Marischal College, Aberdeen, 1845-1856.
