I have no objection to Mr Gordon’s (or any other person’s) perusal of my report on moulded glass1:- at the same time I think he ought not to take any copy of it, or communicate it to any other person, without the express leave of the Trinity house, whose property it is:- and I should object to its being used in any way for mere commercial purposes.
