[Royal Institution embossed letterhead] | Aug 2 / 62

My dear Huxley

I am glad to thank you for Tyndalls most interesting letter1[.] I could not do so before for I have been away from home & books of reference I could not remember your address - & it was not in your note[.]

Can you tell me his address or how I can write to him?

Ever Yours | M. Faraday

Tyndall to Huxley, 29 July 1862, IC MS HP 1.38 which dealt with his ascent of the Matterhorn.
