My dear Sir,

Have you arrived at any determination with regard to the foci of the 2nd Order Dioptric Apparatus?¹ We shall be glad to have them as the commencement of the manufacture of that for the Hunstanton Light House, is deferred for them.

Messrs Wilkins Tender for the supply of this apparatus was accepted on the 26th August.
