My Dear Dr. Faraday,

Before leaving Osborne yesterday I forwarded a copy of the Memoir of the Prince Consort2 to you by the Queens desire. Dr. Becker, who intends going to town tomorrow, took charge of it, & and will give it to you tomorrow or Saturday3. I have not seen you for a long time but I hope you are well.
