I am directed to forward herewith Copy of a Letter received from G. Wallace1, Principal Keeper at the Lundy Light House in which he states that all the Lights (with the exception of one) in the Lower Lantern thereat, were extinguished during a Thunder-Storm on the 1 Inst2:, and I am to signify the request of the Elder Brethren that you will favor me, with any Observations which may occur to you, as bearing upon the subject of this occurrence.
