I am directed to forward herewith Copy of a Letter received from G. Wallace¹, Principal Keeper at the Lundy Light House in which he states that all the Lights (with the exception of one) in the Lower Lantern thereat, were extinguished during a Thunder-Storm on the 1 Inst²:, and I am to signify the request of the Elder Brethren that you will favor me, with any Observations which may occur to you, as bearing upon the subject of this occurrence.
