My dear Mr Huddleston

I have received your note of the 19th instant[.] My intercourse with you has lasted very many years even down to the present time, and much of it has been about matters of business. I have ever found you an honorable, honest, truth speaking, & well conducted person, ever anxious to do your best and to give satisfaction to those with whom you were engaged in business[.]
