Faraday to Thomas John Fuller Deacon   13 October 1863

[Royal Institution embossed letterhead] | London | 13 Octr. 1863.

My dear Deacon

I have just seen a letter from Caroline and it moves me to say that I shall be very glad indeed if any reference to me can be at all helpful to you in the attainment of your great object. You know the cases in which such reference will be right - that I leave to you. We watch your progress with great anxiety & hope. If wishes could do you any good you would get on rapidly - perhaps too rapidly. My earnest love to your dear wife & daughter[.]

Ever My dear friend | Yours Affectionately | M. Faraday
