My dear Dr. B. Jones

I send you Mr. D’Orseys application[.]

I have told him first that Managers do not meet until the day he asks for & then not before 1 o’clk. Also that our Members meet in the room on that day at 2 o’clk 1. - and that therefore I do not think it possible he can have the use of the room2.

If you think otherwise you will perhaps write to him[.]
