Herewith I enclose the undermentioned Specifications, - upon which the Corporation purpose inviting Public Tenders, for the supply of the Articles therein named; but, before directions are given for the issue of the Advertisement for the Tenders, I am to request that you will favor me, for the information of the Elder Brethren, with any Observations, or Suggestions, that it may occur to you to offer on perusing the Specifications.
