Dear friend

I have just received the enclosed with its happy news (9.30) and as I think you will get it before you leave the R.I. if I send it off at once do so without delay for I am encouraged to stay here tonight. I have not written to Mr. Paradise since last Sabbath but expecting that one of the Elders will do so hope that this letter may be acknowledged and my love be given to the Elder there & also to Mr. Gillies1. Wonderful has been the love shewn to me2[.]
