The Proprietors of the Magneto Electric Light having submitted to the Elder Brethren the accompanying Plans, Specifications Estimates &c for the application of that Light to the Light Houses at Portland, I am directed to forward the same to you and to request that you will favor the Elder Brethren at your early convenience with any observations you may have to offer thereon.
