Dear Dr. Bence Jones

I was not at the F.E. on Friday2. I had sent messages down stairs to you Odling3 & others. I had not yours until Saturday Morning so that our communications had crossed each other[.] I am a patient in Dr. Gulls hand[s], but up now & anxious to do what I can. Send me instructions by Anderson if you desire any particular thing to be done. But are you in town?
