Faraday to Henry Bence Jones   1 March 1865

Hampton Court | Wednesday 1 March | 1865

My dear Bence Jones.

The enclosed1 will explain itself to you. My hand & fingers are cramped that I cannot write the crowd of expressions that come to my lips but you will forgive my weariness and I know will rather work for the ease I look for as the result. My mind has been in a tumult all night but now I hope to get away from it.

I long to know what is the state of Miss Savage2. I trust Peace & shall send Jane up tomorrow to know[.]

Good bye. I am too tired | Yours Ever | M. Faraday

She died on 1 March 1865.
