Lord Lansdowne is very much obliged to Mr. Faraday for the very clear & succinct statement of the views & experiments which he had the pleasure as well as Lady Shelburne1 of witnessing at the R. Institution - it would be difficult to conceive more curious information compressed in so small a compass.
