My dear Sir,

I have been from home & in consequence of this & the death of my father's youngest sister, or I would have sent you this before. You were so good as to desire me to inform you what was likely to be done to assist Mrs Shelford [illeg., paper ripped] If you wish for copies of this circular I can send them, or they can be procu[red] [illeg., paper ripped] directly from Mr Hardacre the prin[ter of] [illeg., paper ripped] Hadleigh by making use of my n[ame] [illeg., paper ripped]
