To George Biddell Airy 24 November 1849

Hitcham Hadleigh Suffolk

24 Nov 1849

My dear Airy,

I don't know whether anyone has informed you of the scheme alluded to in the enclosed paper - but thinking you may wish to hear of it I send it - knowing that G. R. was an old school fellow. Of course you have heard of the decease of his excellent Father. He is to be buried next Thursday, & if I had not been leaving home on Tuesday for St Albans I should certainly have gone over to the funeral.

Kind regards to Mrs Airy & believe me Ever truly yrs
