My dear Sir,
The enclosed list of specimens from Capt. Nelson refers to some he has forwarded to the Museum. Perhaps you had better keep them till I come to Ipswich, before you mount them. I shall hope to stop a night at Ipswich in my way to St Albans very soon after my lectures are over. Extreme haste for a daily lecture leaves me no time for a chat
Very truly Yrs
J. S. Henslow
Capt. Nelson's letter of thanks sd. be addressed to him at Upper Eaton Place Exeter. Also you may thank
G. Wilson Esqr
Price's Manufactury
Lambeth
for "a Series of Specimens illustrating the manufacture of Price's patent candles". You may say they have arrived at Hitcham & will soon be forwarded. They consist of specimens in 24 large mouthed glass jars.
