To George Knights 6 December 1854

Kew

6 Decr 1854

My dear Sir,

Passing through Hadleigh on Monday 2 forward a parcel to myself at the Museum stating it was not to be opened till I came. Would you be so good as to send it to a binder for me. It is Scott's Bible for my son, & I wish it to be bound neat & strong & lettered as I have directed inside the parcel. I have a list of binders prices from Ipswich but I forget the name of the party & I dare say you can tell me who is most likely to do me justice. Capt. Nelson writes that he has forwarded specimens which I can look at when I come to my next lecture. I hope to get over on Monday week that I may have Tuesday morning for the Museum & hanging my diagrams

Very truly yrs

J. S. Henslow

I return home tomorrow
