My dear Knights,
I suppose I must fix on Decr. 11. Jan. 22. Feb. 3. & March 3. for as Sidney lectures on March 31 & wishes me to preside, or rather makes it a condition that I should do so, I see no help for it - & must keep my Mother's Birthday some other day than the 3d. I send more notices - as you say they wish for them on a Saturday. If I have [ripped] proof after then, it will come [ripped] the followg Saturday & so on. When convenient, it is better to publish them little by little on successive Saturdays. I can arrange better for going on with them thus.
Yrs truly
J. S. Henslow
