My dear Knights

I have recd the specimens all safe by Webb - & have been occupied all day in unpacking & repacking for Cambridge. I have not been out of the house since Sunday from having caught a nasty sore throat which I hope is now taking its departure. The British coin was not found at Waldringfield which I believe is a village in yr direction but "at Gt. Waldingfield near Sudbury". It will be as well to label it as above to avoid confusion & error. The Department of Science & Art have engaged me to superintend the preparation of a typical Herbarium for Schools - & as soon as I get back I shall set my Village Machinery at work for the purpose.

Yrs truly

J. S. Henslow

I have now seen proofs of the 9 diagrams.
