To George Knights 6 February 1858

H.B.S.

6 Feb /58

My dear Knights,

I propose coming to Ipswich on Wednesday for 2 nights - & if any one will act as my host I shall of course be glad. I had promised to let Mr King know one time or other, & if he would like to receive me I rather think I ought to go to him. Can you find this out for me at the Office without bothering yourself to go up to Rose Hill? I have just received my illustrations which in addition to what you have in the Museum will, I hope enable me to offer you a lecture that will be both instructive & interesting. Do you know if Mrs Vachell is in Ipswich in case Miss Henslow should like to accompany me. She is the only one at home but I can't ask my suggested Hosts to take her in. I will send the specimens by Webb or Bakers on Tuesday or Wednesday as the case may be - will send you a Program on Monday for the press.

Yrs truly

J. S. Henslow
