To George Knights 20 February 1858

20 Feb 1858

My dear Knights,

I had quite overlooked the full packets of Programmes you had put up for me - & fancied I had only the others. I have more than I am likely to want, & sd you wish for any for any stray observer I can return some. I hope to be in Ipswich from Bury by the train that gets in about 1 P.M. on Wednesday & to get away by the evening Train for Hadleigh. This will give me a good 4 hours work. Don't trouble yourself to write about the prices of candles - when we meet it will do. I shall like to look at Mr Catt's carriage so as to be able to describe it to Miss H. who is far more difficult to please than I am. If she likes the report of it, we shall probably come over together to inspect it.

Yrs very truly

J. S. Henslow

I find it more manageable to keep the diagrams separate & not in threes
