From Henry Bence Jones   Oct. 19. 1852

30 Grosvenor St. | Oct. 19. 1852.1

My dear Sir,

I have ventured in addition to the Magnetism and Electricity to send you the first sheet on Molecular actions.2 No one will do it more justice; not to say more. Will you put the figures in the text and foot notes as they stand in the German – If when you have finished each sheet you will send it with the text we shall go to press at once. We shall not trouble you with proofs and reviews unless you wish to have them. I have written to Mr Barlow.3 You can have the great electro magnet4 without doubt.

The lecture5 should end as the hour strikes. Unless the subject is most attractive when five or ten minutes is not grumbled at.

I will write to you again when I know what day is fixed.

If any question arises regarding the report I shall be glad to answer it.

Asking your forgiveness for intruding the first sheet upon you

I am | Yours most truly | H. Bence Jones.
