To William Thomson   21st March 1855

21st March 1855

My dear Sir,

I have read your letter1 a second time this morning. It appears to me to supply a want in the writings you have hitherto published on the subject of molecular induction in paramagnetic and diamagnetic bodies, on this account if you thought well of it I should be glad to have the portion of the letter which refers to this subject (or the whole letter if you prefer it) published in the next number of the Philosophical Magazine.2

Would you kindly let me know your mind3 on this point as soon as possible, as the month is drawing to a close.

Believe me, | most truly yours | John Tyndall.
