To William Francis   5th. April 1864

5th. April 1864

Dear Francis.

This cheque has been drawn for some time, and indeed placed in its envelope to be sent to you without any accompanying remarks. I delayed it thinking I might have something to say. All however I have to say consists in a request that you would have the kindness to cast your eye over the account and assure yourself that it is all right.1

Yours truly | John Tyndall

Dr. Wm. Francis.

cast your eye over the account and assure yourself that it is all right: see letter 2085 for Francis’s reply.
