From Iwanne Müller1    14 April 1842

Tonning2 14th. Ap. 1842.

My good Ferdinand!

...3

Uncle pays us 6,927 Crowns ...

...

The pastor4 wants particulars — and if I really do not like it can get away again, but will try it for a year.

Mr. Paulsen also has to go from here. Uncle has told him that 1/2 and 1/2 eating and drinking is his chief achievement and he cares for nothing else.

George, Ferdinand and Ernst5 have passed in Arithmetic. The examinations were from 2 till 6. Marie6 went to another another class, but Clara too backward, always started to cry when she had to read. Auntie saw doctor, and he said she should not avoid daylight or rub her eyes, and she would be all right. — Your thoughts fly high!

I would be glad to keep up music lessons, and happy if I could find a piano there. Well will see when there.
