Section 3 of the Official catalogue of the Melbourne Exhibition, 1854, in connexion with the Paris Exhibition, 1855 (1854?), refers to M's contributions to the exhibition, indigenous vegetable products and specimens of native woods.
Letter not found, item is a register entry only, dated 6 July 1854, of a letter written on 5 July. M's letter was referred to the Surveyor General on 8 July 1854.
