Dear Sir

I wrote you a few days ago, since then I have shown to the committee your kind offer to expend for us the money which you hold, in the Vine Tribe, or at our option, they will gladly avail themselves of your politeness, and beg that you will use your discretion; We want particularly Araucaria Cookii Cedrela australis, Fagus Cunninghamii, Larix cedrus & Communis Dammara australis, Juniperus Sabina, communis and Virginiaca1 Taxus baccata, The Ferns Acrosticum2 alcicorne and Davallia pixidata3 and Canariensis, also we have no epiphytal orchids

Also there is an order of 15[s] still lies unexecuted with Mr Shepherd of the Darling nursery. The Committee and myself will feel much obliged if you will take the trouble to visit that establishment and choose for us to the amount named according to order which Mr Shepherd will show you
