Hill, £9.14.0), changing the site of a cottage in the Botanic Gardens (Thomas Dakin, £13.18.0), and erecting a stable for deer (Thomas Grady, £53.6.0) (Unit 1, VPRS 959; Unit 8, VPRS 69, Public Record Office, Victoria).
