I have the honor to acknowledge the receipt of your letter suggesting that you would call a preliminary meeting of the Committee of the Zoological Gardens at your office if it should be deemed advisable & act as Secretary on the occasion.1

I am in reply to acquaint you that Mr O Shanassy approves of the proposed arrangement.
