I have the honor to inform you, that the Committee appointed for the management of the zoological Gardens in a meeting held at this office1 on the 24 instant deemed it desirable that the Director of the bot Gardens should likewise undertake the Direction of the works at the zoological Gardens & that he expressed his perfect readiness of doing so without any extra-remuneration.
