Sir

Referring to your applicatn1 dated 23rd Augt last2 I have the honor to request you will state on how many days in the week the horse and cart for watering trees on the St Kilda road is likely to be required; and also for what period this will be necessary; in order that authority for a definite amount being expended may be obtained from the Board of Lands & Works
