Sir

I have the honor to solicit, that you will be pleased to place at my disposal from the fund of the zoological Garden the sum of £130 one hundred and thirty pounds Sterling, to cover the incidental expenses which under the sanction of the Committee of management have been incurred since August and such as will occurr during the remainder of the year, the above sum remaining yet available from the fund of this establishment.
