I have the honor to solicit, that you will be pleased to authorize the transfer of the remaining sum of the vote for stores, £18 eighteen pounds sterling, and of the vote of forage £15 fifteen pounds Sterling, to defray incidental expenditure incurred towards the end of the year 1858 in this department.
