My dear Mr Hyndman

I gladly accept your kind offer of carrying out some little commissions of mine in New South Wales.1 Pray be so friendly then to distribute the enclosed reprints, which contain some N. S. Wales plants.

If you have a chance of getting seeds of Lophostemon australis, any Sterculia, (there is one at Ipswich) not yet introduced in Victoria) — Cedrela, Nephelium, Cupania & any other large native tree of umbrageous foliage, they will be very acceptable indeed.

Wishing you an agreable trip,

I remain,

dear Sir,

yours truly

Ferd Mueller

I have just an invoice in of £70 worth of shrub & tree seeds from Henderson, most species not yet in Australia. Pray do not forget about the Platanus.
