Sir,

I have the honor to inform you that the Letter addressed by you to D. S. Campbell Esq on the 1st ulto1 was read at the Meeting of this Committee on the 28 ulto and I am instructed to request from you a supply of copies of the Circular alluded to2 in order that the same may be distributed amongst the Members of the Chamber in furtherance of the object desired by the Committee of the Zoological Garden
