I have the honor to solicit, that you will be pleased to permit the sum of £150 to be transferred from the vote of "forage and food for animals" to that of stores timber and tools of this establishment.

Altho' I would be able to carry with the remainder of the vote left for this purpose the most necessary work out during the rest of the year, I still solicit this additional grant for many important improvements on our ground, whilst an ample supply of forage is already provided for and thus the balance of that vote not needed.
