I have the honor to solicit, that you will be pleased to allow me closing the gates of the botanic Garden (southern ground) on Saturday afternoon, the 22. instant, for the purpose to levy entrance-fees at the great military Concert1 proposed then to be held on these grounds in aid of the Melbourne Hospital.
